Terms of Service

By using LearnExa you agree to these terms.

Account

  • The information you provide must be accurate. Accounts with fake CNIC or degree details will be closed.
  • One person may keep only one account.

Bookings and escrow

  • The student's payment is held in LearnExa escrow; it is released to the tutor once the session is complete.
  • A platform commission applies to every completed session (10–15%).
  • A tutor may accept or reject a request; once accepted, being on time is required.

Refunds

  • Cancelling 12 hours before a session gives a full refund.
  • If the tutor does not show up, the student gets a full refund.
  • In case of a dispute, the decision of LearnExa admin is final.

Conduct

  • Harassment, spam or attempting to pay outside the platform may result in permanent account closure.
  • Paying outside the platform ends escrow protection.
