Data we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone number, city, gender and role (tutor or student).
- Tutor verification: qualification, CNIC number and degree document link — visible only to you and LearnExa admins.
- Booking and payment records: session time, amount, payment method and proof you upload.
- Messages and reviews you post on the platform.
What data is used for
- Matching tutors and students and managing bookings.
- Processing payments, escrow and withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa, crypto).
- Preventing fraud and badging verified profiles.
- Sending necessary emails: signup confirmation, booking requests and payment updates.
Data sharing
- We do not sell your data.
- Your public profile shows only the information you added (name, subjects, rate, city, bio).
- CNIC and degree documents are never made public.
Your rights
- You can edit your data any time from the profile page.
- To request account deletion, email support@learnexa.org — we will remove your data after verification.
- Payment records may be retained for legal or accounting requirements.
